Musings from an Australian volunteer on assignment in Nepal

I'm a midwife from Melbourne who has been very fortunate to land a one year assignment in Nepal, with the Australian [government funded!] Volunteers Program. I'm based in Dhulikhel which is about 30km SE of Kathmandu.
